How does an online consultation work?
After booking and confirming payment, you will receive an email with a secure link. At the day and time of your appointment, click the link to start the video call with your doctor, without installing any software.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via Credit/Debit Card, Multibanco, and MB WAY, processed securely by Stripe.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes. You can request a cancellation or reschedule by contacting our team at least 24 hours in advance.
Are the medical certificates issued valid?
Yes, our medical evaluation fulfills all regulatory requirements to issue Driving License Medical Certificates, adhering to DGS and IMT guidelines in Portugal.
