1. Teleconsultation Service
MetaSportClinic provides online medical consultation services via video call. Teleconsultations do not replace in-person emergency medical care. In case of emergency or severe acute situations, you must call 112 immediately or head to the nearest hospital.
2. Booking and Payment
Booking requires prior full payment through the options provided by Stripe (Card, Multibanco, or MB WAY). The selected slot is pre-reserved for 2 hours awaiting payment confirmation, after which it is automatically released.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to attend the consultation at the scheduled time (No Show) without required prior notice, the amount paid will be non-refundable.
4. Medical Certificates
The issuance of Medical Certificates (for Driving Licenses, etc.) is subject to the exclusive clinical evaluation of the attending physician during the consultation. If regulatory clinical criteria are not met, the physician reserves the right not to issue the certificate.
